SHIPPING POLICY

Postage Prices for UK shipping:

FREE delivery will be applied to orders over £45 (Royal Mail 2nd Class)

Royal Mail 1st Class up to 1kg (including packaging) £3.85

Royal Mail 1st Class up to 2kg (including packaging) £9.02

We ship UK orders within 3-5 working days after an order is placed, 

if you require your order to be shipped quicker please let us know at

checkout and we will try to accommodate the request.

Unfortunately, we don't ship anywhere but the UK due to the legislative requirements for other countries.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your handmade soap, bath bomb and other purchases from Just Bev Soaps, however if for any reason you are not happy, we can offer an

exchanged or refund on any item that is returned to us within

7 days.

All items must be returned in perfect condition (unless faulty or damaged in transit). Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any product which has been used. Postage is non-refundable.

​

We recommend that you obtain proof of posting in case for whatever reason

the parcel fails to reach us, and where possible send the return on a tracked service.
